I have been lucky enough to have my trainer, Kelly, offer to workout with me. This means, I get 4 workouts a week instead of 2. This also means, I do HER workouts.

Enter, The Stick. This is a wonderful tool for sore muscles. Just roll where it hurts and it helps with the soreness!! Just don't roll over your bones, that hurts :(
