I went to the gym today. Here's how the conversation went:

Kelly- let's do cardio outside. Is it hot?

Me- Nah. it's only 92, but it feels like 102 (insert sarcasm here)

Kelly- it's not that bad.

Me- fine. you're nuts.

So cut to, Kelly and I spending the next 50 minutes dripping with sweat, longing for any shade, getting sunburned and dodging cars. Why do I listen to her??

Rob LOVES Barq's Root Beer. I mean really LOVES the stuff!
So when he found out that 7 Eleven has Barq's Slurpees......we had to get one.......and the Bad Ass Undertaker cup too. :D

We passed on the Undertaker straw though. Undertaker straws are soo childish ;)

My parents are so cute! So, on one of my last trips home I found a vase of bouncy balls hidden in a cupboard. The conversation went like this:

Me- Mom? Um.....what are these?
Monkey- Oh nothing never mind, it's just us old people being silly
Me- mom, that's weird and cute all at the same time
Monkey- I don't know how it happened!
Me- Soooo.... do you like collect them and stuff
Monkey- shut up, Sarah! Leave us old people alone!

I love these pot holders! I've named them Fred and Ginger. Sometimes Fred is the frog and sometimes he is the dog, I can never keep them straight! But, Rob always knows what I'm referring to when I ask for them :D

Rob and I went to the Metro Richmond Zoo today.
I actually got up close and fed a giraffe! How cool is that?!?

The Zoo was pretty neat, and there were a lot of trees that offered plenty of shade! I did make a suggestion that they get rid of the pythons and replace them with elephants! A very good suggestion!!!

Pretty much all of the trees here in Virginia are tall and skinny. This one, seems to have taken steroids :D
