Today, Rob and I went to a Ben and Jerry's store. It was SO cool to sample all the flavors :) Of course, I needed a tshirt to mark this momentous occasion. I love it!

VICTORY is mine! FINALLY. After a few unsuccessful attempts with Mr. Crock pot, I finally made a meal we could actually EAT! Usually we have to change it up or add this or that.
Any tips would be greatly appreciated! I'm still learning :)

Yep, 8:00pm and I'm going to bed. I will be taking some Naproxen for the intense pain I plan on feeling tomorrow. And the next day....and the next........

I love a good deal! So today I went to purchase a heart rate monitor. I found one at Target for $59.99. When I got to the register it rang up for $90!! I said, "um, that was hung on a bar that said $59.99" The Target guy had someone check and they gave it to me for the $59.99! Sweet! I saved $30 bucks! (I would like to add that there were several of the same monitors hung on the bar, not just the one)
Tomorrow I have my first training session at 7AM! Wish me luck!
